We are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and on weekends from 10am - 6pm CST.
Do you deliver?
Yes! $75 within about an hour of our warehouse, all you can stuff in our truck If you are buying more than one truck load, I'm sure that we'd probably give you the second delivery for free.
How do I place an order?
In person or over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash. We also checks, as long as we are able to authorize your check through our service on the very day the check is written. Full payment must be completed (checks authorized) before the pickup or delivery date.
8.25% sales tax applies to all ordered picked up from our warehouse or delivered to any address within the state of Illinois.
Can I return my item?
All items sold from our Warehouse Outlet location are "as is". Floor models and damaged items must be fully inspected and cannot be returned after purchase. There is no return policy for new items or customer remorse. Please make sure to correctly measure available space and doorways before buying anything.
Which items are in stock?
All items shown on this website are in stock and ready to be picked up. For many items that are floor models, there is only one available. Once we sell out, we update the website as soon as possible. Some items will be restocked, please contact us if there is a specific model that you are interested in. Prices on this website are all for the specific display/floor models. Once the floor samples are sold, we might not be able to honor the same price for the new stock items.
Can I custom order a sofa that I saw on your website?
At Interior Express Outlet, we only sell items that we have at our warehouse. We are able to place custom order sofas if there was one you saw, but you want it in a different color. The turnaround time is 8-12 weeks and pricing may change. All custom ordered items must be placed online or over the phone at Modern Contemporary Furniture
Can you hold my order?
Any purchase that is not picked
up on the same day the order was placed will be held in our warehouse for up to
45 calendar days. Within these 45 days, you can be assured your item(s)
will be set aside and reserved for you for either pick up or delivery. If
your purchase has not been picked up or delivered after these 45 days, all
items being held will be released into our pool of available inventory.
You may still pick your purchase up or have it delivered after 45 days have
passed, but we can no longer guarantee its immediate availability for you.
