Can I visit your showroom?
Yes! We are located at 794 Golf Lane. Bensenville IL 60106. Call ahead at 630-238-6675 if you have any questions. We are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and on weekends from 10am - 6pm CST. Click here to get directions.
Can I pick up the furniture at your location to avoid shipping fees?
Yes! If you are able to pick up your furniture we would love to see you! Please come before 4:30pm if you are intending to pick up an item. Our warehouse staff will assist you in loading items into your vehicle, but will not help strap or attach anything to the outside.
How do I place an order?
If you would like to place an order for any of the items shown, please call us at 630-238-6675. Some items may be purchased over the phone with credit card. Floor models or damaged merchandise must be inspected in person prior to purchase.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash. Checks and money orders are not accepted at this time. Most orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax, if picked up or delivered.
Can I return my item?
All items sold from our Warehouse Outlet location are "as is". Floor models and damaged items must be fully inspected and cannot be returned after purchase. There is no return policy for new items or customer remorse. Please make sure to correctly measure available space and doorways before buying anything.
Which items are in stock?
All items shown on this website are in stock and ready to be picked up. For many items that are floor models, there is only one available. Once we sell out, we update the website as soon as possible. Some items will be restocked, please contact us if there is a specific model that you are interested in. Prices on this website are all for the specific display/floor models. Once the floor samples are sold, we might not be able to honor the same price for the new stock items.
Can I custom order a sofa that I saw on your website?
At Interior Express Outlet, we only sell items that we have at our warehouse. We are able to place custom order sofas if there was one you saw, but you want it in a different color. The turnaround time is 8-12 weeks and pricing may change. All custom ordered items must be placed online or over the phone at InteriorExpress.com
Is Delivery Available?
If you are located within 40 minutes of Chicago O'Hare Airport and your order is over $500, we can deliver with our company truck at a flat rate. We offer two options:
1. $75 for standard curbside delivery to the first dry area outside or garage.
2. $125 for inside placement of your home with two flights of stairs, elevator, but not to the basement.
Please be sure to measure all doorways and hallways to ensure your order can fit as we do not offer refunds for failure to do so. If you are not home at the designated delivery hour an additional $75 will be required to reschedule delivery of your purchase. If you are located farther away, pick up is always available from our location. Please go to InteriorExpress.com to see what is available for delivery to the lower 48 United states.
If there is anything wrong with your order (such as wrong shipment or concealed damage), please state it on the bill of lading or inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. All orders past 24 hours of notice are final and cannot be replaced, returned, or exchanged.
Can you hold my order?
If you are unable to pick up your order immediately, we can hold any order that has been paid for 30 days free of charge.
