Interior Express Outlet Pickup & Delivery Service


Pickup Service

Same Day Pickup
Pickup service is available seven days a week at the Interior Express Outlet warehouse: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 4:30PM, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00AM - 5:30PM. Please make sure have a copy of your invoice so our warehouse staff can release your order. Please keep in mind that warehouse pickup service ends 30 minutes before close of business each day.


For Future Pickup:
You are required to have your original customer receipt (yellow copy) with you when picking up your order on a day other than the day the original transaction occurred. We hold your order for free for 14 calendar days. After the 14 days, the items from your order will be considered forfeited and be released back to our inventory.

Delivery Service

General Info
Interior Express Outlet store (via company truck) delivery service covers areas within 40 miles from our warehouse/the O'Hare area. Deliveries are available Monday - Friday, 10AM - 3PM. For other IL/IN/WI areas that are over 40 miles from our warehouse, curbside delivery service is available from a third-party carrier, Monday through Friday.

Delivery fees for areas within 40 miles from our warehouse (via Interior Express Outlet company truck):
$85 Curbside Delivery: your purchase will be delivered to the first dry area or garage.
$135 Inside Placement: your purchase will be placed in the interior up to two flights of stairs. Our delivery personnel will use a freight elevator where available. Assembly and unpacking are not available services.

Delivery fees for areas outside of our 40-minute range but in the Illinois/Wisconsin/Indiana/Michigan area (Roadrunner Transportation Services):
$210 for the first pallet, $100 for each additional pallet: Items delivered to curbside or the first dry area. Carrier will contact you with delivery information.


Additional Information for purchases being delivered via InteriorExpress Outlet Truck:
You must be present at your delivery address for the full 3-hour weekday delivery timeslot as scheduled. We cannot set an exact delivery time due to traffic, weather conditions, and back-to back deliveries. If an individual is not present as scheduled, a $85 re-delivery fee is required before another trip to your address will be made (via the Interior Express Outlet company truck).

Each trip/truckload made by our driver is a non-refundable service. Same day delivery is not available. When signing for your delivery you will be asked to sign for your furniture. The individual (regardless if he/she is the original purchaser) signing for the furniture is accepting delivery and is therefore responsible for performing a general inspection of the boxes/product. Interior Express Outlet is not liable for any claims once a signature has been provided, which tells us the consumer has inspected the items.

Please measure your space before making a purchase. This includes not only the area in which you intend to place your item(s), but all doorways and spaces the item(s) must pass through before reaching the desired area in your home or office. We will not issue a refund for any items not deliverable because they do not fit – all sales are final. If Inside Placement Delivery was purchased and your item does not fit, we will either deliver your item with Curbside Delivery or return the item to our warehouse, but again, a refund will not be issued. Please contact us immediately for more information on how this is handled should this situation arise for you – you will most likely be issued store credit for the purchase price of the item that did not fit. If any part of your purchase is undeliverable for this or any other reason (i.e. any unsuccessful delivery or a return of an item to our warehouse due to sizing limits), a $85 handling fee will be deducted from any store credit issued to you. In addition, delivery fees are nonrefundable, so if you would like a second delivery, a re-delivery fee of either $85 (curbside) or $135 (inside) will apply. Again, all sales are final.
