110% Price Guarantee on our Products

We guarantee our prices! If you find the same product for a lower price on another website, let us know within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund 110% of the difference. This offer applies to all our outlet showroom items.  

Instructions:

1. Order the item that you want from InteriorExpressOutlet.
2. If you find a lower price, simply email sales@interiorexpressoutlet.com with the subject line "IEO 110% Lowest Price Guarantee Request" and the following information in the body of the email:

• Your name and InteriorExpressOutlet order
• Product name, style, color, and quantity.
• The URL of the site where you found the item, with instructions on how to find the item.

    3. After receiving your information, we will verify the pricing and calculate the discount. We will send you an  email informing you the amount of your credit.

What you need to know:

• This program only applies to Interior Express Outlet showroom items. This program does not apply to Interior Express Outlet special promotion items.
• The comparison item you found for a lower price must be currently available for purchase on the other site in the same model, built, brand and color as your Interior Express Outlet purchase.
• We do not price match against Craigslist, auction sites, membership clubs, private-party sales, used products, or Interior Express Outlet's special promotions.
• We do not honor manufacturer or company–related promotional coupons.
• Comparison site must be a valid Internet retailer and the product price must be advertised or published on that site, and that product has to be in stock and available for purchase when Interior Express Outlet reviews the price match.
• The comparison site must be an established site, as determined by Interior Express Outlet.
• Interior Express Outlet has the right to review with manufacturer to match the models.
• Offer is valid only for 7 days from original purchase date.
• This program applies to brand new products only.
• Fees you pay to Interior Express Outlet for shipping and delivery services are not counted towards the price of the item.
• If the comparison site is an online store, the total item price of the comparison site includes the item price and the shipping charge.
• Cannot be combined with any current Interior Express Outlet promotions or coupons.
• Limit 4 items per household.
• This program is subject to change without prior notice.
• Interior Express Outlet reserves all the rights related to this program.
• Interior Express Outlet only processes price adjustment requests within 7 days of original purchase. Price adjustments for promotional items are not eligible for the 110% lowest price guarantee.
